Dr Mihaela Sighireanu obtains a permanent academic position at the Université de Paris 7

The VASY team is pleased to report that Dr. Mihaela Sighireanu has obtained a permanent academic position (Maître de Conférences) at Université de Paris 7 (Jussieu).

During her post-doctoral stage at INRIA Rocquencourt, Dr Mihaela Sighireanu applied for this academic position and was rated first among all the other candidates.

Dr. Mihaela Sighireanu will join the Laboratoire d'Informatique Algorithmique : Fondements et Applications (LIAFA) in the fall of 1999. The VASY team expresses its gratitude for the valuable work done by Dr. Mihaela Sighireanu and wishes her all the possible success in her new career.
